Instead of a seam at each corner, the new 2 inch radius (R2") pan corners are seamless, providing a longer, safer and more sanitary pan life. The 2 inch radius corners are easier to load into pan racks and can be inter-mixed with existing pans, since the new R2" Panels have the same overall dimensions as - and will nest perfectly with - your existing pans of the same type. Pans will also be made with high strength aluminized steel. This new hybrid metal is thinner, but 30% stronger than ordinary aluminized steel, which allows to build longer-lasting pans that weigh less, leading to better ergonomics in the bakery and longer pan life. Because there is less metal to bring up to baking temperature, you will lower your energy costs. Your new pans will practically pay for themselves!
